For an additional fee, the calligrapher may seal, stamp, and mail the wedding invitations. Excluding the cost for stamps, you can expect to pay an additional 50 cents per invitation. Keep in mind that if you go with this option, you will not be able to proofread the envelopes before they are mailed out. If you plan on mailing the invitations yourself, expect to pay a standard shipping fee for the completed order to be sent back to you.
Book your stationery vendor and place order for desired stationery items. Send your deposit to the stationer. Provide the stationer with wording for your invitation set and any other items that you order. Review proofs for invitation set and any other stationery items. Get the mailing address from each invited guest.
